Why I'm standing

I believe that an affordable, liveable, and sustainable city is within reach. Previous councils have let us down. They've prioritised property speculators and entrenched interests ahead of our communities, nature, and the future of Wellington. The impact is a stagnant and unaffordable city that isn't working for any of us. We need change. I'm ready to bring a fresh approach, new ideas, and consensus building to the table.

About me

I've campaigned for action on housing, transport, and climate change, and now I want to take it to the next step. I'm a lifelong Wellington resident, and I care for our city and the potential that it has. I firmly believe in consensus building, community democracy, and the important of putting people and the planet first. I'll bring a fresh approach that uplifts community perspectives and builds consensus at our council table.

My priorities
  1. Protect our native wildlife by supporting predator free efforts, reducing waste, and planting trees.
  2. Ensure everyone has a quality, affordable, and accessible home with great green space and amenities.
  3. Transform our streets so that everyone can walk, bike, or bus around our city easily and safely.
