Why I'm standing
I am disappointed with Henderson's degeneration since council amalgamation and I want to be part of turning that around. I believe Westgate as a metropolitan centre needs more attention on transport issues plaguing the area.
About me
I have served in many governance roles including as a Waitakere City Councillor, an Auckland Councillor for Waitakere and local NGO chair roles. I know the local issues and bring sound reasoning. I am not afraid to make the hard decisions.
My priorities
- Henderson revitalisation.
- Westgate and Northwest transport, roading and congestion, and economic development creating high value jobs.
- A pool for the Northwest to take pressure off Westwave and meet the growing local demand.
