Why I'm standing

I live, work and raise my family in Stoke/Tāhunanui. I am passionate about supporting our community from helping new mums through Bellyful to assisting locals navigate government support alongside Nelson's MP. For over 10 years, I have focused on making a real difference here. I am running to ensure our council tackles the rising cost of living by strengthening local services, housing and transport so families in our community can thrive.

About me

I will make a strong representative because I am deeply connected to our community, having spoken to over 22,000 people door to door. I listen closely, understand local issues and work hard to deliver results. With experience supporting families through local projects and government offices, I am focused on tackling cost-of-living pressures and improving housing, transport and services so our community grows stronger, fairer and more resilient for everyone.

My priorities
  1. Provide safe, affordable housing so families thrive and those in need have a secure home.
  2. Ease road congestion by investing in reliable, affordable transport options for all.
  3. Focus council on essential services that support communities to thrive and ease the cost of living.
