Why I'm standing

I've seen both the challenges and opportunities facing our area, and I want to help ensure decisions are made with transparency, fairness and a long-term view. I believe more can be done to listen to locals and act on the concerns that matter most to them. Standing for election is my way of stepping up to be part of the solution, to advocate for a more connected, sustainable and inclusive future for everyone in our community.

About me

I am deeply connected to our community and have a strong track record of grassroots involvement. I bring integrity, clear communication and a collaborative approach to decision-making. With experience in community organising and local advocacy, I understand how to listen and act on the concerns of diverse groups. I believe in fairness, accountability and inclusive leadership. I'm committed to serving with transparency and ensuring all voices in our community are heard and respected.

My priorities
  1. Upgrade local parks, libraries and community facilities to ensure they are accessible and safe for all ages.
  2. Support affordable and social housing developments on council-owned land to address housing needs.
  3. Improve public transport links and walking and cycling infrastructure to reduce congestion.
