Why I'm standing

I am running because I care deeply about the Whau and the people who call it home. I believe strong local leadership matters, and I want to bring my energy, experience and community focus to the role. I am motivated by service, by a belief in fairness and accessibility, and by a desire to help shape a future where our neighbourhoods thrive and people feel proud to live here.

About me

I will make a good elected representative because I bring nearly two decades of legal experience as a barrister, strong analytical skills and training as a mediator. I have deep roots in the Whau through volunteering in schools, sports and community groups. I believe in fairness, accessibility and collaboration, and I will work hard to ensure all voices are heard, respected and represented with integrity.

My priorities
  1. Ensure accessibility so seniors, disabled people and all residents can fully participate in the Whau.
  2. Improve transport, create safer streets and build strong community networks across the Whau.
  3. Protect libraries and hubs, the beating heart of Whau's community life, learning and belonging.
