Why I'm standing

I want West Auckland to be the best place to live, work, and play. As your elected local board member, I have pushed for more opportunities for families and young people and will continue to work hard. West Auckland needs quality parks, playgrounds, roads, community centres, libraries, and clean waterways. I want to see small businesses prosper and do well, especially as we respond to current challenging times.

About me

I have served on the Henderson-Massey Local Board since 2013. I have the experience and capabilities to make good decisions that benefit our community. As a former secondary school teacher at Rutherford College in Te Atatū Peninsula, I enjoyed working alongside our young people, supporting their dreams and aspirations. Therefore, I love community and people.

My priorities
  1. Focus on ensuring there are frequent, multiple and safe ways for people to get around West Auckland.
  2. Support local employment initiatives here in West Auckland.
  3. Ensure that our public facilities such as libraries and community centres are fully resourced.
