Kāpiti Coast District At Large
The Kāpiti Coast District Council provides local services and facilities, such as public transport, rubbish and recycling, libraries, parks, and recreation facilities. Why I'm standing

Kāpiti has invested so much in me to get the training and experience to continue as a valuable representative for them. I am keen to continue working hard to protect the public rights to be seen and heard and listened to in what will be a very inexperienced new council. I have the Resource Management Act and District Licensing qualifications needed for many roles and am up to date with all projects in the Long-term Plan.

About me

I have been a Kāpiti resident all my life, as are my children and grandchildren. I love Kāpiti and want to be the best it can be in the future for them and your families too. To achieve that, Kāpiti Coast District Council needs to perform at its best at all times to facilitate growth without loosing our unique character and environment. The best decisions need to be made, and good experienced governance needed to steer it.

My priorities
  1. Support the new mayor, new chief executive, and staff to quickly settle the new council in.
  2. Ensure priorities are sorted within the projected rates limits for the 2023 annual plan process.
  3. Ensure our voice is heard and our public interests and investments protected in the Three Waters reforms.
