Why I'm standing

I'm standing because I love Motueka, Kaiteriteri, Mārahau, and Riwaka. I am passionate about making desirable destinations to live, start a family, have a career or grow happily old. I want people to be connected, thrive and live their best lives. I want more vibrance and diversity in people, professional opportunities, art and culture, sports and events that cater all age groups. I'm standing because I know we can all have a better future together.

About me

Eighteen plus years of business leadership, policy advice, implementation of real solutions that help people and our environment, and nine plus years of governance roles nationally and locally. Nelson Tasman Multicultural Council, Nelson Branch of the National Council of Women, NZ Federation of Business and Professional Women.

My priorities
  1. Provide robust and effective governance expertise to the board and our people embracing diversity.
  2. Ensure a strong Motueka voice at the table. That decisions are transparent, relevant and trusted.
  3. Lead practices to build the resilience of our people, infrastructure, environment and economy.
