Why I'm standing

I believe that our public spaces are what connect us to our communities. I believe that the best outcome for Puketāpapa is to continue to support grassroots mahi as these groups do the hard work to support the people. It would be an honour to be able to further uplift these groups and voices.

About me

I believe that hope is an integral part of public service. It is hope that fuels elections, enables us to build relationships and is fundamental to our survival. Luckily, insight, empathy, compassion and hopefulness are staples in the life I have chosen as a mother, partner, friend and community organiser. And it is these qualities that I would bring to the Puketāpapa local board.

My priorities
  1. Supporting more initiatives like community gardens, beekeeping and restoration of waterways.
  2. Support the creation of wheelchair-accessible playgrounds and public spaces.
  3. Ensuring local government resources are accessible to all, to greater enable civic engagement.
