Why I'm standing

I believe Aotearoa New Zealand has an environment unique in the world. That environment needs to be recognised, so that we can work together to protect it for the generations to come.

About me

I live in Granity and I've personal experience of coastal inundation – I've seen the sea relentlessly rolling into my garden. I work on projects and I'm used to getting things done. I listen to people and work together to find common ground. I welcome original thinking and new ideas.

My priorities
  1. Protect the environment. Stop the decline of native forests. Safe swimmable rivers.
  2. Planning for climate retreat.
  3. Public transport routes for the coast.
