Why I'm standing

Hamilton needs to be represented by people who understand the urgency of the issues facing our city. We need collaborative, thoughtful leadership that will help us navigate the challenging times we're living through. For too long we've not been investing in the wellbeing of our city. We need to ensure everyone has the opportunity for a high quality of life whether you're 8 years old or 80.

About me

It's been a privilege to be the Chair of the Regulatory and Hearings Committee, lead the Climate Advisory Panel, hold the portfolios for disability and older people, and sit on the Creative Communities arts panel. I show up, do the mahi, keep the community informed, and challenge the status quo. We need thoughtful, compassionate leadership and I'd love to continue to serve our city.

My priorities
  1. Ensure robust, strategic climate action for community and environmental resilience.
  2. Look after existing infrastructure and prevent further degradation or demolition.
  3. Collaborate closely with communities, especially disability, LGBTQIA, arts and not-for-profit sectors.
