Why I'm standing

I am proud to live in this area and would like to support and be a voice for the local community, ensuring their views are heard and any concerns are directed to the right people for efficient resolution.

About me

I am a local businessman having run a family business through challenging financial times. I have also spent the last 40 plus years working in service across the armed forces, police and other government public service. I believe these life experiences provide me with a unique perspective that would add value to council thinking and actions.

My priorities
  1. Explore transport options for the township to enable better investment opportunities.
  2. Reduce council red tape to make doing business here more attractive to investment.
  3. Ensure rates are affordable so families can afford to do other things rather than pay bills.
