Why I'm standing

We live in a time of significant environmental tension and opportunity. I want to be part of significant improvements with the new Regional Policy Statement, new Land and Water Regional Plan and an effective Otago Catchment Community implementation. We need to establish a sustainable environment for the future.

About me

I believe I have a track record as a successful, hardworking and effective councillor. Educated in engineering, project management and resource management, I believe I have skills to offer. I am prepared to collaborate without taking my eye off the key goal. A sustainable environment.

My priorities
  1. Support and promote improvements in river and lake water quality.
  2. Support and promote improvements in river minimum flows and water allocation.
  3. Support and promote improvements in biodiversity along river corridors and the region.
