Why I'm standing
I want to ensure our children enjoy the North Shore lifestyle I have been privileged to be a part of for over 50 years. I want to make a difference to my community by my actions speaking louder than my words.
About me
I am organised and efficient. I hope to be pivotal in change to the system. I'm not afraid to ask questions and refuse to accept the status quo. I believe I can make a difference. I enjoy talking to everyone I meet and am interested in the back stories, the 'why'.
My priorities
- Accountability of spending. I don't know of anyone who isn't concerned about council wastefulness.
- Zero tolerance for separatist policies being pushed by central government, including Three Waters.
- Rates affordability/value. Priority of services that meet the community's needs, without exclusion.
