Why I'm standing

I am running because I am passionate about the area and natural assets that we have. However, our local board is not productive or future focussed and this is holding us back. We should all work collaboratively to ensure our area is future proofed and future focussed.

About me

I have lived in the area for over 12 years. I believe in regular, two way quality communication between the community, local board and council. I am described as professional, unflappable, pragmatic, calm and a good listener. These are skills I have developed through my communications and business background.

My priorities
  1. Safe, easy access to natural and green spaces for all communities in the area.
  2. Improve relationships with the council, and advocate collaborative working.
  3. Enable cultural and sporting events to take place in our local area. Make the area a destination.
