A Fresh Approach

Why I'm standing

I want to do more good things for our community and move our area forward positively so everyone thrives. Less politics and bickering, more action and getting stuff done. I want to get projects moving, upgrade council facilities, create more local events, clean up our waterways and beaches, support our local businesses and town centres, create more joy and enhance community wellbeing. I'm not a politician, I just want to do more good things.

About me

I'm have been an active North Shore resident and advocate for 28 years. I'm CEO of 'I Love Takapūna' Takapūna Business Association, Deputy Chair of Eventfinda Stadium, board member of Project Employ disability charity and prior manager of the Bruce Mason Theatre. I bring business and financial management skills and qualifications, and an evidence driven strategic approach to a board table. I have a 'get it done' attitude with a collaborative problem-solving approach.

My priorities
  1. Enhance and protect our environment, clean up our beaches and waterways, plant trees, reduce pests.
  2. Enhance community wellbeing with more events, support sport, the arts and celebrate diversity.
  3. Support and enhance local businesses and town centres, create economic opportunities, support our youth.
