Why I'm standing

I have been on council for nine years and in that time I have learned a lot of the skills required to continue leading our city into the future. With a mild manor, strong will and friendly disposition I believe I can lead a cohesive group of independent minds around the Upper Hutt City Council table. Vote Blair for Mayor. #blairformayor
