Why I'm standing

I was born here and have seen it struggle, strive, thrive and change but is it enough or good enough that a city with investment does not fill the gaps for those who just choose to live in the best city. Taking away idealism leads to realities. A city that is down the road from Ohakea and Massey University should be better suited to dealing with all democratic citizens and given reason to succeed.

About me

None of this matters, if people live here and do for the people that live here but my family have lived in the area for generations. Working class people in socio-economic areas are tough and build fortitude. I am as big a property for sports, art and business as I love the footy, I am a kiwi, I love music and art and business, especially if it's successfully inclusive and happy. Youth work, media.

My priorities
  1. Introduce a recording facility that is open and cheap like The Stomach, music brings people in.
  2. Mike King Foundation is doing a lot of good work in our communities in what I see Mike King doing good.
  3. Introduce the disability paper to the table so that people get the chance to help their communities.
