I proudly call Whanganui home where, together with my husband, we have raised our family, launched a growing national business, and have a passion to see our region thrive. I bring governance, business and community passion to the council. Living in Whanganui is a treat, doing business in Whanganui is a privilege, and to serve our community on the Whanganui Council would be an honour.
About me
I have over 20 years of governance experience on local school boards of trustees and in business. I am a registered business mentor and a member of the Institute of Directors. I am presently the Chair of the Whanganui Chamber of Commerce. I believe I can bring a wide range of experience and a business lens to the table.
My priorities
- Back business: I am passionate to see businesses continue to succeed in our region.
- Retain our regional voice: advocate for services that suits us best during these reforms.
- Foster wellbeing in the community: rveryone deserves to have a place to call home.
