Hutt City Council

Hutt City At Large
The Hutt City Council provides local services and facilities, such as public transport, rubbish and recycling, libraries, parks, and recreation facilities. It also makes decisions about building and planning, local regulations, and infrastructure, such as water supply and sewerage. The council is made up of 12 councillors and the mayor. This election is for the six councillors elected by all voters in the city. The other councillors will be elected to represent wards (areas in the city). This is a first past the post (FPP) election, so you vote by ticking the name of your preferred candidate on your ballot paper. Compare the candidates and their policies to decide who to vote for in the Hutt City Council election.

Why I'm standing

I am concerned about the infiltration of Agenda 2030, woke policies, and the steady destruction of our democracy. I want to help maintain our way of life and improve it.

About me

I have lived my life in Lower Hutt, have considerable experience in various industries, central government, and community organisations. I have degrees in Science and Law and am pragmatic and practical, as well as creative.

My priorities
  1. Stop Three Waters, as this appears a first step towards privatising the water systems.
  2. Stop medical discrimination in council facilities as it is a breach of human rights.
  3. Stop the rollout of Agenda 2030 as it is destructive to freedom and democracy.
